Returns:

Customer service is our top priority at Vapor Genius. We personally inspect all our products to see if there is any noticble damage on the outside of the box prior to shipping. This is to ensure that our customers don’t have to hassle with exchanges, refunds and returns. We are always happy to help you with any questions that you might have and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please see our policies below in the event that an exchange, refund or return is necessary.

E-Liquid Returns

Unfortunately, we can not return any opened e-liquid. If the seal is off we can not return it for safety purposes. However, if we sent you the wrong bottle, ship it back to us and we will return or exchange it for you.

Returns due to damages during shipping:

We take great care in packaging your order to make sure nothing gets broken in shipping. If, however, the product you ordered arrives damaged, please call our office at the number below within 3 days of the received by date as indicated by your tracking information to make us aware that damage occurred during shipping. Vapor Genius will be happy to replace the original item(s) purchased that were damaged as long as the product you ordered is in stock. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds on claims due to shipping damages after this 3 day period. Please follow the Return Procedure below. Upon receipt of your return to Vapor Genius, we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased if in stock. If the particular item you originally ordered is not in stock, we will send you an alternative (different color, or nic strengh, ETC.) of your choice, put you on a waiting list for the specific product you originally ordered, or refund your money in full.

Manufacturer Defects:

In the case of a manufacturers defect, contact the company that made the product and provide the serial/sku number and let them know what's wrong with it. All products we sell come with some sort of manufacturers warranty and with most products it's around 3-6 months. 

5 Day Return Policy on Unused Items:

If we sent you the wrong item(s), we have a 5 day return policy from the "received by" date of the shipping company for item(s) that have not been opened, have not been used, and are in the original packaging. Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you and proceed with the refund as long as it meets the above criteria. We do not offer refunds for products ordered that were shipped correctly unless damaged during shiping.  All products are authentic and are covered by manufacturers warranties. 

Return Procedure:

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please securely package your products up. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Original retail box must be packaged in a third party shipping box such as USPS.
